I bought my first car with my mother from Eastway Toyota and I am so glad I did!! This is mostly because of the sales manager, Surinder. He and the general manager, James were very kind to me and I loved the professional manner which they had. They made everything feel very welcoming and on a personal level. Surinder went above and beyond for me and I can never be more grateful and appreciative to him!!I felt like I was car shopping from family, I 100% recommended Eastway Toyota!! Thank you guys

This Toyota dealership is top drawer on customer service and would highly suggest dropping in.We had an ignition issue that was dealt with on our 1998 Rav 4 and to our delight came in under budget. John is service dept.,was very helpful,don't change a thing!Thank You.

I'll start by saying that this is my second vehicle from Eastway Toyota and have always been satisfied with the its performance. Most of us customers tend to be very pleased with services until that one time where something doesn't go our way and that is it we quickly sever the ties. It's understandable that we want the best service for our money, but it also doesn't hurt to remember that we are humans and often make mistakes. So, I dropped my car off to be serviced at around 10:30am and was told it'll be done in 4hours. So by 2:30 or 3:00 o'clock I expected a call so I could pick up my car. I was picked up by the shuttle and brought to the dealership by 6:00pm. May I add, the problem was still not completely fixed. An additional part was required and had to be ordered. I know you'd think that's horrible and I won't deny that I was disappointed considering that I always received good service. I did call the service manager, Mark, and expressed my disappointment in which he responded professionally and took all measures to mend the situation. I was called the following day by Heather, from the service department where she arranged for me to come that same day to install the part. The part that caused the initial problem was damaged due to an accident in which a woman had struck my rear tire. The part was poorly fixed, instead of being replaced, by a collision shop. My warranty at Toyota wouldn't have covered it. However, Mark the service manager came out to the waiting area and explained what had happened and told me that due to what happened the previous day, the wait, they'll cover the cost. The car was fixed in an hour and upon leaving the shop, I find my car has been washed and to my surprise I found a complimentary emergency light on my passenger seat. Fellow customers, yes things go wrong and people make mistakes, but I do take into consideration that the best service comes in how people recover from their mistakes and how they handle themselves. To that I say thank you Heather (customer service), Mark (service manager) and Scott who apparently worked on my car for your professionalism, and courteous service. I believe in giving people chances because I know I would want one myself.

I have purchased and serviced 7 vehicles for myself and my spouse, as well as 2 vehicles for a family member; I am always treated very well! The dealership has 3 Master Certified Technicians who have done a great job with my Toyota and Lexus vehicles and have provided excellent advice on the past 4 hybrids I have owned. Mark, Amir, Steve Moretto and Heather are doing a wonderful job in service and it matters. All great businesses are founded upon friendship and the EASTWAY TOYOTA and LEXUS of WINDSOR team want to be your friend. Great place to buy, finance or lease your vehicle!

Great experience with Lou at Eastway Toyota! This is our second vehicle from the dealership, and Lou was candid about the pros and cons of minivans vs SUVs vs a second vehicle for our growing family. We settled eventually on a Toyota Sienna LE - great vehicle value for the money. James gave us what we felt was good value for our trade in, Christina in finance gave us a great deal on additional coverage, and the vehicle has so far been great to drive and use. Thanks again to Lou and everybody at Eastway.

This dealership has gone above and beyond in making sure I walk away happy each and every time I walk in the door. The GM of the dealership and I speak each and every time I walk in and my feedback good or bad is always appreciated. If I have made any comments about an issue it is dealt with ASAP. They are doing their absolute best to improve the customer experience and each comment made results in action towards this goal. I have high but reasonable expectations and Eastway is willing to do whatever they can to be my dealership of choice. My wife bought a new car from another manufacturer a few months earlier I can compare each dealership on the new car experience. Eastway has won the after purchase service and customer experience. I was really surprised at how the other dealer let us down based on their pre-purchase customer service. Once again Eastway is improving the experience everyday. I can’t say enough good things about Eastway.
