Mission Statement

Our mission at Eastway Toyota is to strive to continually improve our delivery of service to each and every guest with whom we have contact.

In addition, at Eastway Toyota, we feel it is important to be community minded. We take part in a variety of Charitable Golf Tournaments benefiting groups like Hospice, the Hospital Foundations, cancer treatment events and more. We are also proud to have been one of the initial supporters of the Fujisawa Japanese Gardens in Windsor.

Dealership History

Toyota has been a fine tradition in the Windsor Essex County area for many decades. For the most part, we were located on Tecumseh Road in the core of the city. In August of 1995, with space running short on Tecumseh Road, the dealership was relocated to more spacious, up to date facilities just outside the Windsor boundaries on E C Row at Manning Road.

In 2002, ownership of Eastway Toyota changed hands. Our new President, Terry Rafih, is well known for his experience in the Windsor market. As President of Overseas Motors,Jaguar of Windsor, Land Rover of Windsor, Performance Ford and Pinnacle Chrysler (formerly Courtesy Dodge) and aso his most recent purchase of Windsor Mazda, Mr. Rafih has thrived in this industry because of his commitment to customer service.

On June 1, 2005, Mr. Rafih opened a state-of-the-art facility on Tecumseh Road East, east of Lauzon Road boasting 40,000 sq. ft. unique in its attention to details and focus to customer comfort and convenience. This elegant 18 car showroom features a one of a kind customer lounge area and convenient service drive-through. Terry is especially proud of his team dedicated, trained sales and service professionals all ready to assist you.
